How much?  We love choice + have created a number of options to suit your needs. This year is a little different. Purchase your ticket + add on your camping options accordingly. 

ADULT TICKET  $ 150 + taxes
Includes all activities, workshops, classes, SUP boarding/yoga, access to music, Hawk + Harvest marketplace, Sunday Pancake brekky, lifelong memories + parking.

INBETWEENERS TICKET ( Ages 6-18yrs )  = $85 + taxes All Activities, workshops, classes, kids programming, SUP Yoga (+14yrs), access to music, market, Sunday Pancake brekky + parking (if needed) 

Lil' Kids <5 yrs + Big Kids > 65 yrs = FREE for all

Is my registration/ticket transferrable? Tickets are non refundable BUT if you cannot make it, then you can absolutely transfer your ticket to someone else.  Be in touch and inform us of the change in details ASAP. 


ADD ONS (camping options) 

Tent  = $25 - Maximum 4 occupants in tent. ALL must have festival ticket. 

Shared Tipi = $25  Hostel in the woods. You are protected from elements, fire pit inside to keep you warm, wood is free, mattress provided, just show up + bring your sleeping bag /pillow!

Private tipi = $375 Sleeps up to 10 people with festival tickets - we recommend a minimum of 2/4 adults to maintain your fire throughout the night. Show up and your home awaits.  All people in your Tipi must have festival tickets. 

Is there a DAYPASS option? You rrreeeaaaallllyyyy want to join us for LUCENT but are unable to stay the night. We have created a special SATURDAY ONLY ticket that does NOT include camping or Sunday morning festivities for $100/adult. Hopefully you can at least stay for 1 cheeky S'more.

What can I camp in?  Tents only or tipi this year. If you would like to bring your RV or trailer you might choose to set up camp at Sibbald Lake Campground which is the closest campground right next door to our venue (these sites are in walking distance BUT first come first serve) Find out more HERE
There are many other campsites in and around the area, please feel free to check out the Alberta Parks website. 

When can I set up my Campsite? We will be opening the property Saturday morning at 9am. 
First come, first serve will be the name of the game. Know that there are NO electrical plug ins or Water connection - You are in the bush AND will love it! 

When do the festivities/classes begin + finish?
Activities will commence at 10:00am Saturday + end at 1pm Sunday. 
Schedule of weekend events will to be announced soon. 

Are there washroom facilities? Yes.

What can I bring to the event? Here are some of our favourite things...

Camping + sleeping gear (flashlight / headlamp = important) 
Food + Bev supplies (Avoid glass if possible OR be extremely careful not to break it on site) 
If you like coffee/tea, bring a mug as we will have coffee for sale (no takeaway cups will be provided)
Water bottle
Yoga Mat / towel
Picnic blanket / lawn / camp chairs / Hammock
Musical Instruments if you want to jam
No matter what the forecast is – BRING WARM AND WATERPROOF CLOTHES

Food. Nom nom nom. 

You are welcome to bring your own food, snacks etc. Please be aware that we are in bear country so food items will need to be stored appropriately. 

One of the nicest ways to enjoy quality time with others is to EAT TOGETHER family style! Over the last 3 years this has been one of the most favoured things about our festival. 
COMMUNITY POTLUCK MEAL on the Saturday night and we invite & encourage you to bring one of your favourite dishes to share. *Please be responsible for your own allergies + food intolerances*  

Alcoholic beverages are permitted BUT will not be for purchase on site, please BYO and stay responsible at ALL times.   

What NOT to bring. 

No dickheads. 
No Aggressive OR rude behaviour
No weaponry mmmmkkkk
Keep your drugs at home, this is a family affair! 

Can I come alone or just with friends? Heck yes. We will be your family for the weekend. Enjoy some solo time + meet new people to add to your favourites list. 

Bringing kids? All children are welcome regardless of age. We love wee peeps and think it is super important for them to be immersed in Nature, surrounded by great people and lots of love. 
Wymbin staff will be supporting the event and providing lots of fun activities for the little ones. 
Kids Yoga classes / Face painting / Arts + Crafts / Outdoor games / Scavenger hunt + more. 
A gentle reminder to please be responsible for your offspring + encourage them to be kind, happy, grateful beings! 

Waterfront Activity - This is an additional feature We are blessed to have Sara of Wild Spirit SUP + access to Camp Adventure's Canoes and Kayaks on site. You will be able to register for SUP Yoga classes with Sara upon your arrival on a first come, first serve basis. There will also be designated hours where a lifeguard will be on duty and you can use the canoes/Kayaks. If you have your own SUP board, feel free to bring and use during these times.  

Can I bring my pooch? - Yep you can. We love fur babies. But please note we recommend (and reserve the right to request if need be) that dogs be leashed for the safety of the pets, wildlife and others within the festival venue. You will also be asked to register your animal with us and sign a legal waiver that protects you, us and everyone else. 

Where?

Camp Adventure

Located on 64 acres in the heart of Kananaskis Country, Alberta Canada. 

TRAVELLING from EAST (Calgary):

  •  Travel west on Hwy. 1
  •  Exit south onto Hwy. 68 (Sibbald Creek Trail)
  •  Follow Hwy. 68 south and then west for approximately 23 KM
  •  Once you leave Hwy 1 you lose cell reception and there is no service at camp
  •  The road will turn from paved to gravel and then paved again.
  •  Turn Right at the SIBBALD LAKE RECREATION AREA/Campground turnoff
  • Follow this road until a 4 way intersection and turn left.
  •  Keep left through the day use area and go through the green gate (the entrance to Camp Adventure) 
 

TRAVELLING from WEST (Banff):

  • Travel east on Hwy. 1 Turn right (south) on Hwy. 40 (Kananaskis Highway)
  •  After 15 kms on Hwy. 40, turn left (east) onto Hwy. 68 (Sibbald Creek Trail) 
  •  Travel approximately 16 kms on Hwy 68
  • Turn left at the SIBBALD LAKE RECREATION AREA turnoff (at the top of the road after the pavement begins)
  •  If you see the sign for Jumping Pound Demonstration Forest you have gone too far
  • Follow this road until an unmarked 4 way intersection and turn left.
  • Keep left and pass through a green gate (the entrance to Camp Adventure)
